No application or site is too challenging for a Promove hydraulic breaker, even when they are submerged under thousands of liters of water. Promove technology does not fear the wet and, thanks to the innovative underwater solutions studied by the technicians of our design studios, you can count on exceptional performance and reliability even in underwater use. Promove provides specific kits for ports, docks, canal construction and any other application in which the breaker must work in immersion. Through an external air compressor, an air jet is continuously fired in the area of impact between the hammer and the tool in order to avoid the ingress of water and prevent breakage and corrosion of the main components of the breaker and of the machine carrier. The air hose connection is positioned in the upper part of the breaker, to protect it from accidental impacts due to the lack of visibility of the immersed parts. This make possible every kind of work, even the demolition directly from a floating platform towards the submerged parts

For tunnel works, Promove designed a specific kit that allows to extend maintenance intervals and prevent problems due to the particular working position of the hammer, as the one with the tip facing upwards. The kit includes the use of special bushings, locking plates of the housing of the tool holders and special floating polyurethane seals that adhere to the tool limiting the entry of dust and debris into the impact area. A dust suppression kit is also available, which allows, through special pipes, to obtain a jet of air or water spray directly from the lower upper part of the hammer.
