Promove XP250: maneuverability and power in a single instrument

Choosing the best products on the market it’s not enough: it’s crucial to identify the right tools to make a machine perform at its best. For this reason the XP 250, one of the most versatile Promove Light Range hydraulic breakers, has been designed for a wide use with the 64 mm diameter standard tool, which can penetrate any type of material. As with all other tools, Promove has designed and manufactured a high-strength product made of special steels that are subjected to a particular heat treatments to make them highly resistant to any type of stress and temperature. The construction technology then enlarged the diameter of the tool and the striking mass, in order to obtain a more powerful and controllable stroke. An ideal compromise for those seeking maneuverability and power in a single instrument. A 240 kg hydraulic breaker (220 in the PB version, with two-side casing with direct connection to the excavator arm with pins and bushings) that can be equipped even on the lightest excavators. This machine works with an operating pressure between 120 and 130 bar and a flow rate between 35 and 45 l / min with a maximum back pressure of 25 bar.

A larger shock-absorber protects the excavator arm from any damage. The nitrogen valve is easily accessible for faster and more efficient gas control or for refill operations. A low-pressure chamber increases the energy and produces a more powerful blow. On the lower part is mounted a second shock-absorber that protects the instrument from impacts with hard surfaces.
