The Newborn XP60: so much power in such a small and light tool

Among the most appreciated products in the Promove universe are those of the “light range”, ranging from 60 to 430 kg in weight: they are the XP 60 and its “big brothers” XP 101, XP 150, XP 250, XP 300 and XP 400.

The XP 60 is the “newborn” in Promove: it is in fact the smallest and lightest in the XP family. A 60 kg hydraulic demolition breaker that can be combined with excavators from 0.6 to 1.2 tons. This machine works with an operating pressure between 100 and 110 bar and a flow rate between 10 and 15 l / min; the standard tool measures 38 millimeters in diameter and it can work with a maximum back pressure of 25 bar.

Its secret to containing so much power in such a small and light tool is the internal monoblock structure without tie-rods, which allows to compress all the dimensions considerably.

Shock protection shock absorbers, mounted above and below the hammer body, avoid vibrations and damage to the excavator arm. The nitrogen valve is easily accessible for faster and more efficient gas control or for refill operations. A low-pressure chamber which increase power, together with the increased diameter impact mass, produces a more powerful blow.

Furthermore, the use of the SmartValve valve, a patent by Promove, makes this instrument unbeatable in terms of versatility, eliminating long and complex installation and setting operations. A feature that makes it perfect even for rental market, thanks to the low installation and adjustment time.
