30 years from the setting of the business in demolition Promove launches New CF130
The first fixed pulveriser of the new CF series has a weight of 1300 kg: it has been designed to meet the needs of carriers from 12 to 18 ton.

01.
Low maintence cost
Interchangeable teeth instead of previous fixed plates resulting in a reduction of maintenance costs and in easy maintenance operations directly on the job site;
02.
Three rows of two teeth each
Three rows of two teeth each : the central one is staggered and lowered than the other two. This allows the shearing of the material before the real crushing.
03.
compact design
Increased compact design with a total length of only 1.7 m which allows easier manoeuvrability in demolition operations;
04.
A single block
A single compact block without any welding between body and fixed jaw, entirely hardox 400 built, which gives greater robustness to the CF130 crusher.

A bigger cylinder
The CF130 features a bigger cylinder to ensure a higher closing force during the demolition and greater power in the jaws.
Increased capacity
The CF130 has an increased capacity of demolition of all kinds of debris and also evacuation thanks to the special openings.
Moreover, it has been designed with a fixed jaw’s width of 500mm ( higher than competitors’ same size fix pulverisers ) in order to demolish and process more material.
Maximum Duration
The pins have been adequately sized to guarantee the maximum possible duration in the most difficult working conditions: they are also safeguarded by a system of bushings which guarantee minimum wear of the pins themselves.
New lower plate
The lower plate on the body of CF130 has been designed to guarantee a secure and stable grip on the work surface, to move more easily debris and non-crushable materials. The lower plate is made of Hardox 400, it is able to do numerous work cycles and it is interchangeable.
reversible blades
The blades are reversible in order to use the four cutting edges.
